Tier II annual reports for 2019 are now being accepted.
March 1 is the deadline to file your annual Tier II report for 2019. If you store hazardous chemicals or extremely hazardous substances above the established threshold quantities at your facility, you are required to report them to the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Emergency planning and response agencies use this information to determine risk in your communities.
TCEQ recommends submitting all reports well before March 1, if possible. Submit your report electronically using the State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS).
