Clerks Gather, Install New Officers

The County and District Clerks’ Association of Texas (CDCAT) held its 126th Annual Conference during June 6-10 at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex in Amarillo. Approximately 270 clerks and staff members attended the conference. This conference marked the first time CDCAT has met in person since March 2020. 

The following new officers were installed during the conference: Lisa Johnson, Hemphill County combination Clerk – President; Patti Henry, Chambers County District Clerk – Vice President; Julie Smith, Potter County Clerk – Treasurer; and Velva Price, Travis County District Clerk – Secretary.

TAC congratulates the new officers of CDCAT, and we look forward to providing our continued support to the association and its members.
