Registration is now open for the Texas Association of Counties' 2023 Legislative Conference.
The conference, which will be held in Austin from Aug. 30 to Sept. 1, explores the biggest statewide issues affecting county government. This year's gathering will offer county officials and staff an in-depth analysis of what happened during the 88th Legislature.
Opportunities to network with colleagues, state lawmakers and subject-matter experts abound. Many county officials also can earn hours of required continuing education credits at the conference.
This year's conference will follow TAC's successful hybrid model. Registrants can choose to participate either in person or virtually.
The early in-person registration rate is $275. The early virtual rate is $200.
Register today at www.county.org/legeconference to take advantage of discount pricing. Rates go up after Aug. 7.
