The TAC Health and Benefits Services Department (HBS) has moved from four to a five-territory account team structure (Northeast, Northwest, South, East and West) to better serve and support you. As a result of this change, you can expect an enhanced level of service through commissioners court and district visits, mid-year plan reviews, open enrollment sessions and onsite employee trainings.
TAC HBS has hired four new consultants who are excited to begin serving you. Following two weeks of orientation, shadowing and training, expect to hear from the newest members of your TAC Health and Benefits Services Account Team soon.
Your day-to-day HEBP contact (your Employee Benefits Specialist: Lauren, Maria, Melissa or Orlando) has not changed.

Consultant and Specialist Roles:
- Employee Benefits Consultant (EBC)
Renewal conversations, plan changes, additional benefit offerings, ACA questions, court and committee presentations, etc.
- Wellness Consultant (WC)
Healthy County wellness program related questions, plan incentives, Boot Camp event questions, employee wellness presentations, health fairs, etc.
- Employee Benefits Specialist (EBS) Unresolved medical, dental, or Rx claims; eligibility/billing issues; rehire application processing; etc.
