Currently, TAC Risk Management Services is operating as normal with no changes to our standard business practices in services to TAC Risk Management Pool Members. However, we have a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) in place should the situation change that may affect normal operations at our offices and those working directly in the field with members.
Due to current situation, our offices are being closed to the general public and most staff will be working remotely through May 4:
- Our staff is available to receive phone calls and emails requesting assistance with questions and concerns. You can reach us at the same telephone number or email you normally use. - Our claims team is available to receive and process claims as well as work with members on during the life cycle of your claims. You can reach claims via phone or email during normal business hours. Our claims website is available 24/7.
- Our field staff's activities such as on-site visits and other direct contacts with you and your staff will be postponed out of an abundance of caution to protect our members. These activities may include risk control visits, training events, and property risk control and claim inspections. Our staff will continue to be available to answer your questions and inquires via phone or email.
