There are certain steps you may take to help people with disabilities access your website’s information.
Regarding the posting of elected officer information, HB 305 requires a county to post each elected officer of the political subdivision, but makes no mention of contact information for those officers. SB 2, however, contains provisions that do require the posting of contact information for certain officers.
