Register now for the 2022 TAC Legislative Conference

    Health & Benefits News

Registration for the Texas Association of Counties' 2022 Legislative Conference, set for Aug. 24-26 in Austin, is now open.

The conference offers county officialsand staff members extraordinary opportunities to network with colleagues, state lawmakers and subject matter experts as they explore the issues that affect Texas counties — and that await the Legislature when it next convenes in regular session in January 2023. Many county officials can also earn hours of required continuing education credits at the conference.

This year's conference will follow last year's successful hybrid model and will give registrants the option of choosing to attend either in person or over the internet. Creating a hybrid conference stands as an example of how TAC manages to offer multiple ways for its members to connect with the Association and with one another while continuing to respond to the coronavirus pandemic.

Register today at www.county.org/legeconference. Additional conference details will be posted as they become available. Check www.county.org as well as TAC's Facebook and Twitter (@TexasCounties) feeds for conference updates.

For more information, please contact Deanna Auert at deannaa@county.org or Rachel Kucera at rachelk@county.org or at (800) 456-5974.
