Conferences fees are fully transferable to other participants upon request. All registration refund requests must be received in writing before Oct. 11 to receive a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee. Refund requests received after that date will be subject to an administrative fee equal to half of the registration fee. No refund requests will be honored after Nov. 6.
