BJA FY 23 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program - Local Solicitation

Funding to provide units of local government with additional personnel, equipment, supplies, contractual support, training, technical assistance, and information systems for criminal justice and civil proceedings.

Category 1 — Eligible Allocation Amounts of Less than $25,000: Units of local government that are listed on the JAG web page as eligible for an allocation amount of less than $25,000 should apply under Category 1. Category 1 awards of less than $25,000 are 2 years in length.

Category 2 — Eligible Allocation Amounts of $25,000 or More: Units of local government that are listed on the JAG web page as eligible for an allocation amount of $25,000 or more should apply under Category 2. Category 2 awards of at least $25,000 are 4 years in length.
