County treasurers from across the state met in Waco this month for the 74th Annual County Treasurers' Association of Texas Conference. This year’s theme was Bridging the Future. Continuing education agenda topics included the American Rescue Plan Act, fraud prevention, investment policies and a legislative update in preparation for the 88th legislative session. Grayson County Treasurer Gayla Hawkins was sworn in as the CTAT president for 2022-23.
