Early registration is underway for the Texas Association of Counties' 2022 Legislative Conference, set for Aug. 24-26 in Austin.

This year's conference will follow last year's successful hybrid model. Registrants can choose to attend either in person or virtually.

The conference explores the biggest statewide issues affecting county government and helps county officials and staff prepare for the 88th Legislature, which convenes Jan. 10, 2023. Opportunities to network with colleagues, state lawmakers and subject-matter experts abound. Many county officials also can earn hours of required continuing education credits at the conference.
