RQ-0465-KP: Hockley County Attorney, Levelland. Whether an individual convicted of a felony in another state whose "rights of citizenship" have been restored by the other state is eligible to run for office in Texas under Election Code section 141.001.

RQ-0466-KP: Chair, Committee on Veterans Affairs & Border Security, Texas State Senate, Austin. Whether a corporate entity can serve as a substitute trustee for purposes of conducting a mortgage foreclosure sale under Property Code chapter 51.
