On the latest episode of the Texas Association of Counties' podcast, Texas County Voice, TAC County Relations Officer and former Lavaca County Judge Tramer Woytek looks at the key issues and questions associated with the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). It was a year ago on March 11 that President Joe Biden signed the $1.9 trillion measure into law. ARPA set aside about $5.7 billion in direct aid to every county in Texas.
