The U.S. Treasury Department has announced new information that counties are required to submit when they file their next project and expenditure report for the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds established by the American Rescue Plan Act. The report is due April 30.

The updates apply to all counties unless a county designated its entire ARPA allocation toward the $10 million revenue loss standard allowance. The updated requirements relate to subrecipients and contractors. Some flexibility is provided, but is only guaranteed to be available through the end of April.
