The Tax Assessor-Collectors Association of Texas (TACA) held its 89th Annual Conference June 4-7 at the Hilton Anatole Dallas. The association recognized Grayson County Tax Assessor-Collector Bruce Stidham for his service as president for the past year, then appointed Nueces County Tax Assessor-Collector Kevin Kieschnick president for the coming year.

With a vision of "Leading for the Future," attendees heard from experts from the Secretary of State's Office, Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission, Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and others on recent changes made by the 88th Legislature and upcoming changes.
