Teladoc has activated their natural disaster hotline for Texas residents affected by the recent storms and flooding. This free 24/7 care is for any individual displaced or impacted by this natural disaster. Additionally, BetterHelp will also be providing free support.

Reminders:

• This service is available free of charge to any individual impacted by the storms or flooding in Texas, and is not tied to current Teladoc Health membership, client or health plan accounts.
• Current Teladoc Health members must use the hotline to receive services free of charge. If they contact us through their normal channels or group set-up, they will be charged the standard visit fee based on their eligibility.
• Individuals registered through this channel will not be associated with a paying group. Eligible members that register through this channel will need to re-register with their existing group account to use Teladoc Health in the future.

BetterHelp Support

• BetterHelp is offering three months of support free of charge.
• Those wanting to connect with a therapist via BetterHelp should follow the directions on the attached flyer.
