You must complete the ONE Health Assessment to unlock your Healthy County reward earning potential. Register and complete the ONE Health Assessment today.   

Once you complete the ONE Health Assessment, earn up to $75 in Healthy County Rewards for taking part in healthy activities such as contests, Daily Habits Plans, and condition management programs offered through your county’s health plan. Once it is completed, you’ll receive a detailed report on your current health along with steps that can help you find your healthy place and unlock your Healthy County Rewards earning potential.

We’re excited to announce our 2026 Healthy County Contest and Challenge Schedule, which includes something new—The Invitational! The Invitation Team Steps Challenge is a wellness challenge featuring teams of 5 participants competing in head to head match-ups against another team for 5 rounds. Here’s the 2026 schedule:

Frost Fit Challenge: January 12 – March 1
Strive to Thrive: March 23 – May 10
We Like to Move It: June 1 – July 26
The Invitational: August 19 – September 22
Harvest Your Health: Oct. 12 – Dec. 6
