Requests for an Attorney General Opinion
RQ-0595-KP: House Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs. Questions the authority of the Texas Legislature regarding the size or scope of a city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
RQ-0596-KP: Senate Committee on Local Government. Questions related to the disposition of corporate earnings of housing finance corporations under Chapter 394 of the Texas Local Government Code.
