• If you need to be added to the waiting list, please email Nino Miranda with your arrival and departure dates.
• Once you complete your online registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to make hotel reservations. Emails will be sent to the address on the registration form.
• Conference registration is required to reserve a hotel room in the conference block. The hotel will not accept any call-in reservations.
• Hotel reservations made without conference registration are subject to cancellation or an increased hotel rate.
• Hotel reservations must be made by Oct. 6 or before the group room block is sold out, whichever occurs first.
• If you must cancel a room reservation, please notify Rachel Kucera. In the event of a waitlist, contacting her allows others an opportunity to stay at the host hotel.
