If a cancellation becomes necessary, please send notification to Adrianna Ball or Michele Ewerz. Cancellations received no later than 5 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2026, will receive a refund minus an $85 administrative fee. The administrative fee is due for all cancellations, regardless of whether your payment has been received. Substitutions are accepted.
