After registering, you will receive an email with the hotel reservation link. The deadline to reserve rooms at the group rate is Jan. 19, 2026, or until the block fills up. All reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the prevailing hotel rates.
Please note: As in years past, the V.G. Young Institute expects the room block to fill quickly. If the block becomes full, a waitlist will be kept on a first-come, first-served basis.
