Hotel Accommodations
The host hotel is the Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe. You must register for the conference before reserving your sleeping room.
A valid credit card is required to hold the reservation. A deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax will be charged on the credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO AVOID FORFEITING THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE FIRST NIGHT’S ROOM AND TAX.
