- Once your online registration is complete, your confirmation email will include a link to make hotel reservations. Emails will be sent to the address on the registration form.
- Conference registration is required to reserve a hotel room in the conference block. The hotel will not accept any call-in reservations.
- Hotel reservations made without conference registration are subject to cancellation or an increased hotel rate.
- Hotel reservations must be made by Nov. 9 or before the group room block is sold out, whichever occurs first.
- If you must cancel a room reservation, please notify Lexy Hill. In the event that a waitlist is needed, contacting her allows others an opportunity to stay at the host hotel.
