This presentation, in the spirit of the classic movie "Back to the Future," provides information on the processes, claims verbiage, and liability claims handling so that Members can report notices, pre-claims, and claims efficiently and effectively to the Pool. We will aim to ensure clarity, streamline the notice/claim submission process, and promote the Pool’s ability to quickly respond.
