• Once your online registration is complete, your confirmation email will include a link to make hotel reservations. Emails will be sent to the address on the registration form.   
• Conference registration is required to reserve a hotel room in the conference block. The hotel will not accept call-in reservations. 
• Hotel reservations made without conference registration are subject to cancellation or an increased hotel rate.  
• Hotel reservations must be made by Jan. 3, 2027, or before the group room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. 
• If you must cancel a room reservation, please notify Lexy Hill. In the event of a waitlist, contacting her allows others an opportunity to stay at the host hotel. 

Cancellation Policy:  
Any reservation not canceled 72 hours before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax.

Self-parking: Complimentary for rooms booked in group block.
