The room rate will be $113 for single or double room, which is the current GSA rate.

Rooms may be booked online or by calling AC Hotel Waco Downtown at (254) 910-8900 and reference the group code CAT or ask for the County Court Assistants Training Conference room block. Rooms must be booked by Feburary 23, 2027 to receive group rate.

The current overnight parking rate is $12 per vehicle, per night. Self-parking is reimbursable when a receipt is provided.
