If a registration fee has been paid, all cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (fax or email acceptable) by Feb. 27 (less $10 administrative fee). Cancellations and refund requests after Feb. 27 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the registration fee. No refund requests will be honored after March 16.
