County Solutions to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation Grant Program (FY2027)

The County Solutions to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation Grant Program (FY2027), administered by the Texas Office of the Governor’s Public Safety Office (PSO), supports county-led, solution-driven projects focused on preventing, investigating, and prosecuting commercial sexual exploitation. Eligible applicants are strictly limited to Texas counties (excluding specialty court programs, which fall under a different solicitation). Funds can be used for dedicated personnel—such as investigators, analysts, and prosecutors—and for innovative programs that disrupt the commercial sex market through civil enforcement, outreach to high-risk populations, and prevention education. All projects must adhere to the Child Sex Trafficking Team (CSTT) Guiding Principles, ensuring a trauma-informed and survivor-centered approach that does not require a direct outcry of victimization to trigger support.
