Specialized Advocacy for Commercially Sexually Exploited Youth (FY2027)
The Specialized Advocacy for Commercially Sexually Exploited Youth (FY2027) grant program, managed by the Texas Office of the Governor's Public Safety Office (PSO), provides funding to non-profit agencies to deliver individualized 24/7 crisis response and long-term, trust-based relational support for survivors of commercial sexual exploitation. The program serves two specific age groups: children (0–17 years) and transition-age youth (18–24 years), requiring advocates to provide intensive case management, accompaniment to hospitals and court proceedings, and assistance with residential or medical needs. Eligible applicants must demonstrate prior experience in providing identical crisis support services and must obtain an endorsement from their local Care Coordination Team (CCT) or a relevant law enforcement task force.
