Texas Model for Care Coordination Grant Program (FY2027)
The Texas Model for Care Coordination Grant Program (FY2027), managed by the Texas Office of the Governor’s Public Safety Office (PSO), provides funding to support the implementation of the "Texas Model" for interagency coordination when responding to children and youth experiencing or at risk of commercial sexual exploitation. Eligible applicants—primarily Texas counties—must use funds to establish or maintain Care Coordination Teams (CCTs) and Advisory Councils (ACs) that memorialize their collaboration through formal protocols for referrals, crisis response, and long-term service planning. All projects must adhere to the Child Sex Trafficking Team (CSTT) Guiding Principles.
