Water Supply and Infrastructure Grants - TWDB

This grant provides 100% grant funding—requiring no local match—for critical water supply and infrastructure projects across Texas. Prioritizing disadvantaged and smaller communities, the program funds everything from new wells and water loss repairs to reuse systems. While smaller systems (under 150k people) can apply for all project phases, larger systems must have "shovel-ready" construction projects to qualify for this one-time funding opportunity
