All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (fax or email acceptable). Refunds requested before Friday, Jan. 19 are subject to a $10 processing fee. Refunds after Friday, Jan. 19 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the registration fee. No refund requests will be honored after Friday, March 1.
