If a cancellation becomes necessary, please email Regan Williams. Cancellations received no later than 5 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2025, will receive a refund minus an $85 administrative fee. The administrative fee is due for all cancellations, regardless of whether your payment has been received. Substitutions are accepted.
