    pools or bank products) and long term. We will discuss presenting investments to important stakeholders as well as for quarterly and annual reports.

    The session will explore the fundamental theory of interest rates, including how expectations, market forces, and monetary policy interact. Harris and Warner will analyze 2024's wild oscillations in rates and why rate forecasts so often prove inaccurate. In addition, they will examine the current U.S. fiscal situation with a primer on government finances, focusing on mounting deficits and the ballooning national debt. Finally, they will discuss the futility of efforts to rein in federal spending.
