These one-day meetings are scheduled at locations near your county to allow travel to and from the meeting on the same day. No special arrangements are made for overnight accommodation.
If you require an overnight stay, we suggest you call a hotel of your choice and ask for the state government rate. The rate is subject to hotel availability.
