Hotel Accommodations
The host hotels are the Hilton Waco and Courtyard by Marriott Waco. You must register for the conference before reserving your sleeping room. To confirm a sleeping room within the room block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 78 hours in advance of arrival.
If you need to cancel your room or to be added to the waiting list, please contact Adrianna Ball or Michele Ewerz or (800) 456‑5974. We kindly request that you not post your reservation on the listserv because this hinders waitlist management.
