Conference Cancellation
Conference fees are fully transferable to other participants upon request. All conference registration refund requests must be received in writing before Oct. 5 to receive a full refund. Please send an email to Amy Lawson.
Hotel Cancellation
If you must cancel a room reservation, please notify Amy Lawson. This will give others who are on a waitlist an opportunity to stay at the host hotel.
