The conference rate is $155, plus tax. Hotel reservations must be secured by Jan. 3 or before the group room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. After Jan. 3, all rooms are subject to availability and a price increase.

Cancellation Policy:
Any reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
