- Once you complete your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to make hotel reservations. Emails will be sent to the address on the registration form.
- Conference registration is required to reserve a hotel room in the conference block. The hotel will not accept any call-in reservations.
- Hotel reservations made without conference registration are subject to cancellation or an increased hotel rate.
- Hotel reservations must be made by May 21 or before the group room block is sold out, whichever occurs first.
- If you must cancel a room reservation, please notify Lexy Hill. In the event of a waitlist, contacting her allows others an opportunity to stay at the host hotel.
Any reservation not canceled 72 hours before arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.

Self-parking: $5 per day
