Please join us for a technical review of the DWC-3 Wage Statement form led by Helana Barmore, Workers’ Compensation Program Supervisor at TAC.
Completion of a valid DWC-3 is required if an employee has reduced wages for 8 or more days. This course will provide a line-to-line training with an explanation to the importance of each field’s data as well as sharing calculation and DWC rules and resource support. A properly completed DWC-3 will ensure that your employee is receiving the appropriate benefit rate as required under the Act. Q&A is included in the presentation.
