The room rate will be the prevailing state government rate, currently $110 per night for single or double room. This rate may change after the new fiscal year begins on Sept. 1, 2026, based on GSA guidelines but will not exceed the prevailing GSA rate at the time of the conference in January. Once the GSA rate is confirmed in September 2026, we will update this page to reflect any change to the rate if needed.

Rooms may be booked online or by calling the Overton Hotel directly at (806) 776-7000 and reference "TAC - New Judges Orientation 2027". Rooms must be booked by January 20, 2027 to receive the group rate.

Please note: lodging booked through 3rd party internet booking sites is not reimbursable.

Self parking is complimentary at the Overton and there is no valet parking.

The hotel has an airport shuttle. To schedule the airport shuttle, please call our bell stand at (806) 776-7000. The shuttle leaves the hotel every hour and half hour. For pickup, please give them your name, date of arrival, arrival time and flight number. They will track your flight and stay updated on all delays. If you need to schedule a departure, please schedule the shuttle for the time you would like to leave the hotel.
