After registering, you will receive an email with the hotel reservation link. The deadline to reserve rooms at the group rate is Jan. 4 or until the block fills up. All reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the prevailing hotel rates.
Please note: As in years past, the V.G. Young Institute expects the room block to fill quickly. In the event the block becomes full, a waitlist will be kept on a first-come, first-served basis.
