IMPORTANT: SAT Membership is valid for the calendar year in which it was paid, Jan.-Dec. If you have not paid membership dues in 2025, you are not a current member. Double-check your membership status before registration. Registrants who are not current will be billed the expired/non-member rate of $400. Your conference ID BADGE cannot be picked up until all conference fees have been paid in full. If you have any questions, email Shelly Helvie before registering.

Hotel reservations must be made by Tuesday, Sept. 30 or before the group room block is sold out, whichever occurs first, after which availability and rates are no longer guaranteed.
Cancellation
Registration cancellations made before Sept. 19 are refunded at 75%.
Registration cancellations made between Sept. 20, through Oct. 3 are refunded at 50%.
Registration fees are non-refundable after Oct. 3.
Cancellations made because of disaster/emergency shall be determined on a case by case basis.
Membership Dues are non-refundable.
