County Procurement
This training includes discussion on county procurement, including the County Purchasing Act, emergency purchases, alternatives and exceptions to competitive bidding, and best practices. In this session, attorney John Redington explores how these topics impact you and your county.
Upon completion of the training, you will receive a certificate of completion via email. Submit this confirmation to the appropriate coordinating body for credit.
Continuing Education and Prerequisites
The V.G. Young Institute of County Government at Texas A&M University is the education co-sponsor for the TAC LegalEase online continuing education courses. There are no prerequisites to attend this program.
