The Texas Association of Counties' County Information Resources Agency (TAC CIRA) offers multiple website packages and design services to fit your county's needs. TAC CIRA offers reliable, economical and up-to-date solutions for county websites, including hosting and content management services. Hands-on support and training is included with every website package.
Website Service Packages
TAC CIRA offers a standard website design as well as custom design options. All websites are hosted on EZTask platform, which offers robust functionality and attractive designs optimized to fit a variety of devices.
- Modern, streamlined website design (minimal customization available). See "Website Designs" below for more information.
- Responsive design adapts to variety of screen sizes, including smart phone devices.
- Secure Sockets Layer certificate – a security best practice, automatically renewed annually.
- Website platform and website editing training provided.
- Project Management Services for website migration.
- Phone & email support, Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
- This package does not qualify for the “Website Posting Add-On” feature.

CIRA's Website Service Packages listed above include either a standard or custom website design. Here’s what each of those design options include.
The standard website design includes these features:

Counties can opt for a custom website design, allowing them to work with web developers on a design tailored to their county's needs.
The custom website design includes these features:

- Multi-level calendars.

Following your website's migration to a custom TAC CIRA design, designated county staff members will receive training on the user-friendly website editor, giving them the ability to perform updates, like posting treasurer's reports, staff contact information, commissioners court agendas and minutes, and more.
Additional Website Services
CIRA also offers the following services, which may be added onto your website package.
- Compatible only with TAC CIRA’s Ultimate Website Package.
- Custom designed Mobile App for iOS and Android.
- Available for download in the Apple App Store & Google Play Store.
- Project Management Services included for setup.
- Phone and email support, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
- If a member requests a website update that will alter the appearance of the website or if the request is beyond the scope of normal posting procedure, CIRA is happy to accommodate at an affordable hourly rate.
TAC CIRA staff will perform a content migration from one website to another, should a member decide to upgrade or downgrade their website package.
- Available for Premium and Ultimate Website Packages only.
- Send an unlimited number of requests to update and edit website content, fulfilled by TAC CIRA staff.
- Editing and posting requests are submitted via email or web form.
Graphic Design Services
CIRA offers the following graphic design services to all Texas counties and other political subdivisions.
- Have a new custom seal or logo designed for your county, department or program.
- Includes up to 3 custom design mockups.
- Final design format is scalable for web and print use.
- Give your existing seal or program logo a refreshed look.
