Take TAC’s County Pulse Survey
County officials across Texas are encouraged to make their voices heard by participating in The County Pulse survey, TAC’s confidential statewide assessment designed to help shape the future of county services and support. The survey link, which has been sent via email, is open until Aug. 28.

TAC is urging elected and appointed officials from every county to provide feedback that will help guide priorities, strengthen programs and ensure TAC continues to meet the evolving needs of counties across Texas.
Last conducted in 2023, the survey evaluates a range of TAC programs and resources used by county officials statewide. The feedback gathered will help TAC identify service gaps, guide future planning and ensure counties continue receiving the support and resources they need most.
TAC President and Denton County Treasurer Cindy Yeatts Brown has encouraged county officials to participate and share their perspectives. “County perspectives are essential to the work TAC does on behalf of all 254 counties,” Brown said. “We need feedback from county officials to better understand your challenges, priorities and opportunities so TAC can continue serving counties effectively.”
The 15-minute online survey is being administered by independent research firm Sago, and no identifying information will be shared with TAC.
The deadline to complete the survey is Aug. 28, 2026.
