The host hotel is the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas. Call-in reservations are available by dialing (210) 647‑1234. Please request the “South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Conference 2026” room block when reserving your room. The deadline for reserving rooms at the special rate is May 18, so make your reservations early. All reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the prevailing hotel rates. Guests will need to guarantee reservations with a credit card.
