Conference cancellations and all refund requests must be received in writing (fax or email acceptable) by 5 p.m. on May 18 (less an administrative fee of $100). Substitutions accepted.The administrative fee is due for all cancellations, regardless of whether your payment has been received. No refunds will be made after May 18.
