    Your Connection to County Government - Sponsors

    The sponsorship form will be available Jan. 15.

    TAC’s annual Legislative Conference is the largest gathering of county officials and key personnel in the nation. It offers exhibitors an exceptional opportunity to showcase products and services to county decision-makers. But increasing your company's visibility doesn't have to end there.

    TAC's unparalleled sponsorship program is designed to provide more exposure and maximum recognition to sponsors — before, during and after the conference. The program helps organizations raise their profile with Texas county officials and their staff.

    To become a sponsor:

    1. Email your completed sponsorship form to Deanna Auert.
    2. Once the registration is complete, Deanna Auert will follow up to confirm and assist with your hotel arrangements.

    Sponsorship cancellations must be made in writing before July 1, 2026, to receive a 50% refund. Sponsorships that require a company logo to be printed on a promotional item or on multiple print pieces will be final upon receipt of payment, and cancellations are not permitted. Sponsors canceling after July 1 are responsible for payment in full or may jeopardize future sponsorship opportunities.

    Join us this August in Austin to reach more than 600 Texas county officials and staff members. Our annual Legislative Conference is a prime opportunity to display your goods and services to decision-makers in county government.

    Vendor registration is available on the County Progress website or by contacting Becky Frost.

    Booth Specifications

    The $850 registration fee includes a standard booth, registration for two and access to two hotel rooms at the host hotel.

    To make hotel reservations, register first, then Becky Frost will follow up for access to the Fairmont room block. Company representatives are welcome to attend all conference activities.

    Standard exhibit booths consist of 8 x 10-foot exhibit spaces. Booth spaces are equipped with 10-foot back drape, 3-foot side dividers, a 6-foot skirted table, two chairs and a standard ID sign.
