Elections Posting Requirements for County Websites
The League of Women Voters of Texas offers best practices (PDF) and a checklist (PDF) for posting elections-related information on your county website. Website Accessibility
In April 2024, the Department of Justice published its final rule (PDF) establishing the Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.1, Level AA as the technical standard for website accessibility for counties’ entire websites.
